Gent's

just a little follow up.

I had great problems (for som unknown reason) to get 2001/admin up
and running.

But DCM may be accessed by HTTP much faster by using this link ...

http:// *systemname*:2001/QIBM/ICSS/Cert/Admin/qycucm1.ndm/main0

another thing is to change the default certificate when you have several ...

This is done under

Manage Certificate Store
... Set Default Certificate

If your application requires password to the certificate store - with one
certificate you may be able to reach the certificate with the password
supplied
by the certificate owner, if you have several you need the password to be
the password to the certificate store.

Just some pieces to the certificate puzzle ;-)

Thanks again for your help.

I got it installed due to Kevins instructions and was able to change the
application to
the new certificate in DCM under Manage Application (I think) ;-)

Bradley - many thanks but I think I was able to solve the problem -
certificates are
not something i do every day - but nice to know there are someone out
there
that
does :-)

If you send me the files I'll export the CAs and sent them back so you

import them into your *SYSTEM store.

send them to bvstone at bvstools dot com.

Hi guys

I have a production server where I need to install a new SSL
certificate.

I did it 3 years ago but I cant remember how to do it.

My problem is also that we have shifted from Geo Trust to Global
Sign.

when I try to import the new certificate into *SYSTEM I just get
a
message
saying "An error occurred during certificate validation. The
issuer
of
the
certificate may not be in the certificate store or the issuer may
not be
enabled."

Has anybody experince in handling certificates?
