Our shop has a mix. I am 54 years old, and there are a few developers older than me. We have a couple of developers right out of college in their early 20s. We trained the college grads on the IBM i ourselves. Most of our developers are in-between these two age groups.

Thanks,
Kelly

Subject: [WEB400] What's the median age of the developers in your shop?

Cross posted on Web400:

What would you say is the median age of the developers (regardless of title
- if they write code they're developers for this question) in your shop?

Is the group getting older, younger, or staying about the same?
