The issue is (for me at least) that you cannot select JUST that image.
You need to download the whole set to get it, which I think is what Buck
is referring to.

My ESS has no option for 5733-OPS. Not in Software Downloads and not in
Trials. I could download 21GB of SS1 and install just the option called
out in the link above, but not for a lark.
