strange message in my zendserver access log -- WEB400

Staring about a week ago, I have been getting the following log entry
every few seconds.

127.0.0.1 - - [14/Dec/2014:23:59:59 -0500] "GET
/UserServer/zsd_print_extensions.php HTTP/1.1" 401 205 "-" "Mozilla/5.0"

Anybody have idea why?
