Upgrading WAS from V7.0.0.27 to V8.5.5.2 when running Infor's Webtop for LX -- WEB400

I verified that Infor supports their Webtop for LX product under V8.5.5.2
of WAS per

Is there a roadmap on how to upgrade your WAS from V7.0.0.27 to V8.5.5.2?
Most I've done in the past is follow ptf cover letters to upgrade a .xx.
And even that's been awhile.
