as I am understanding it, the cgi-bin is mapped to the as400 library
thru the confd file:
/www/intranet/conf/httpd.conf
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /qsys.lib/cgi400.lib/
so /cgi-bin/dashbd02b.css gets mapped to /qsys.lib/cgi400.lib/dashbd02b.css
Is that correct?
