only legally entitled to download and install with that serial number if you
have a valid license to the product!"

That is not correct. This was a link for people who already had a license to
"re-download" it.
Adobe has since removed this link after too many people reported it as a
freebie from Adobe.
Also, that version of Adobe is more than 5 years out of date.
