I heard soapui was the tool I wanted. So I downloaded it. Um, I'm lost.
How do I tell it to check a website to see if it's got something for me to
query? Tried looking into it's user guide but I know so very little.

Does Iron Mountain's website www3.securesync.com support web services? We
have a report that prints off and we have to go to their website to verify
that the tape is there. I am thinking that if they support webservices I
could take out this manual step. I am so far behind on this but there is
some fog tickling my brain about tools to query a website for this
capability but I don't remember enough to know how to begin to STW for
this.
