midrange.com is pleased to offer a new service to the IBM i Community: Free
blog hosting on ibm-i.org.
"Oh yeah," you say, "big deal ... there are lots of free blog hosting
services. What makes yours so special?"
Well, these blogs would be hosted in the ibm-i.org domain.
The blogs will be hosted in a multi-site WordPress system so you can have a
domain name like "yourblog.ibm-i.org".
A basic set of plug-ins and themes are already available and we'd be happy
to install any additional plug-ins & themes that you may want (within
reason).
This service was initially intended as a service for local user groups and
it has subsequently expanded to be a community offering.
The only requirement is that the blog be IBM i oriented and _not_ vendor
specific.
