I would still install the latest group for HTTP, at least. Someone at IBM recently confided in me that the HUGE size of that PTF is due to the fact that the recent updates to the JVM are included. :-)

I finally got in. I was using the ip address instead of the domain to
access the port. As soon as I used the domain, it worked.
