Ummm - if you are using Zend Studio with an IBM i there is no charge. The license is free. After 12 months the service agreement expires and Zend will try to convince you to buy a full license, but the product will keep working - you just won't get updates.
Download the IBM i version and once installed go to Help -> Get a License - it will ask for your IBM i serial number etc and at the end of the day you will have a version that is fully licensed for 12 months.
