PASE related error -- WEB400

Anyone readily recognize why the PASE error below may have occurred?

Cannot load OS/400 PASE module
/QOpenSys/LANSA_dc@pgmlib/x_lansa/bin/libw3xs4210c.so.
Could not load dependent OS/400 PASE module libxml2.a(libxml2.so.2).
Cannot load OS/400 PASE module libxml2.a(libxml2.so.2).
Internal system error. Error code is 2.
