Could be code speak for "we don't know yet how much we can charge you for
this"?

Or there was a scalability issue so they don't want it uncontrolled in the
wild yet?

Okay, I cede the point. It appears that partitioning would be required

under

IBM i to utilize all 256 cores.

Now I'm not sure again.

"IBM i supports up to 32 cores in a single partition. IBM Lab Services can
