Check if something is already using that port. From the command line:
netstat
3. Work with IPv4 connection status
F14=Display port numbers
Look for port 6077
If you find it then take an 8=Display jobs to see what is using the port.

Port 6077 does not show, don't know if that is a good or bad thing.
