db2_connect point to a different i.

Do I use the database name in relational database directory?

I think WRKRDBDIRE is the key to this. When I copied some of my code from
one server to another, I was confused by the data returned until I realized
I had specified the server name in a configuration file, and I was pulling
data from the wrong server.

** Note: I'm actually using the i5_ connection rather than db2_ but I don't
expect that makes much difference. Come to think of it, Mantis is probably
using the db2_ functions, and that all behaved the same way.
