Hi;

I'm running a strpccmd from a iseries clp program, that passes a variable
to a dos batch file to display web page based on the variable passed. This
all works find, with one exception my user has dual monitors, and the web
pages comes up on monitor 2, and the dos screen comes up on monitor #1.

Since the dos screen comes up on monitor #1 it initially clears the
iseries portion of the display the dos sceen covered.
Of course the user could click on the screen and it will come back, but my
user says this is not acceptable.

I have the dos screen set so it will exit as soon as the web page is
displayed, but it still leaves the iseries display blank where it appeared
momentarily.

Is there a way I can force the dos screen come up on the second monitor?
I've tried dragging it over there, but doesn't continue to go there on the
next test.

I'm using this method, since the http string is so long, it seemed like a
convenient way to run it and not have to sign in everytime this is
selected.

I'm looking for some work arounds that can make this work.

Thanks for any help.

Regards,

Darrell
