This is a minor issue, but it causes a little bit of concern because
something stopped working without us making any changes. Hoping that
someone might have some insight as to what may have triggered the issue.

I wrote a small PHP Script a few months ago that verifies that our HTTP
Server is running correctly. As of Saturday, the script started sending a
strange message. No changes had been made to the script or our
configuration. The PHP Script runs on the IBM i. We started getting the
following message when it checkers the server:

ERROR: Unable to Connect to ssl://www.data-management.com:443. Error #0:

If this message were true, our web site would be down, but the site is
working fine. I went to it in a browser on and off-site and everything
appears to work normally. I modified my script to test the insecure (http)
version of the site instead of the secure (https) version. The script
started working again. For some reason, it appears that this script can no
longer get to the site over port 433. Not sure why that would suddenly be
an issue. Again, remote connections don't appear to be affected.

Can anyone point me to a setting or a new PTF might have caused this to be
a sudden issue?

Matt
