Agreed. It seems to be the best out there period right now. At least in
the server language agnostic arena.

Did you end up having to buy a commercial license?

I am emailing with Adam Mishcon from ExtJS over the past day or so, and we
are talking through the scenario that I am hoping RPGUI users can have with
ExtJS. He is taking the scenario I laid out to the CEO to see what he has
to say.

Here is his initial response:

"If your use and framework are GPL, then there is no issue. As for ABC
Company in your example, if all their users are within their company (no
third-parties, contractors, outward exposure, etc.) - then they should be
able to operate under the GPL without a commercial license. Otherwise, they
should consider the appropriate level commercial license." - Adam Mishcon,
ExtJS

I subsequently responded and asked what "consider" means, because that isn't
saying it is "required". Note they do consider a public website as
"distributing" ExtJS, regardless if you haven't modified and aren't selling
your app.

As far as I know, Valence from CNX Corp was the first to bring out an RPG
toolkit with support for ExtJS. I also recall discussions about using
