The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
You'll find a lot of discussions on it on the Easy400 forum at Yahoo (
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Easy400Group/
). The threads there will give you a lot of information on the design
rationale - history etc. He was publishing examples for a long time
before it went public.
Sorry Aaron - I thought you knew about it or I'd have mentioned it
before. I've been following it for a while.
The core was based on extensions to CGIDEV2 I believe but most of that
has now been rewritten. I thin in one email the author indicated that
it would be CGIDEV2 compatible - but I wouldn't swear to that.

Has anybody else had exposure to PowerExt (www.PowerExt.com)? I was
just
informed of it by a gent needing RPGUI support. It is also GPL v3.
It has
similarities to RPGUI as it is RPG based and interacts with ExtJS.
It is
more mature than RPGUI at this point.
