Re: Web Services program appears to be called twice

Hi Darryl,

I'm having a hard time nailing down what your scenario looks like. Your subject says "web services", so my first thought was that you were using my IWS example.

But then you reference SERVER3I and SERVER3L. That's a socket programming example, if I recall correctly! Okay, so maybe you're writing your own HTTP server. (No idea why you'd do that, but that's what it sounds like.)

Then you mention Apache calling your program, which is yet a 3rd way of writing a server program.

I understand the symptoms (being called twice, spawning a new job each time) but I don't know under which scenario it's happening...
