I can't seem to wrap my head around this and haven't found anything on the net that helps me figure this out.
What I have is a WSDL that I have used RDI-SOA 7.5's "create web service wizard" on to create these two java artifacts:

Then I took the PCML of the service program that I want the web service to ultimately call and ran the "create program call beans wizard" which created these two java artifacts:

Does anyone know of a tutorial or have any pointers on how to integrate the WSDL and Program Call Beans artifacts?
