In my experience choosing a framework is dependent on many factors. I
would
recommend checking out a few before settling on one. With that said, the
two
that I have used and would recommend are Zend Framework and Symphony.
The
Zend Framework is included in the Zend Core for i5 as I recall. You can
check out Symphony at http://www.symfony-project.org/
