HII have opened a PMR, the PMR number is 06872 180 000, this has been opened
as Websphere as i have access to open PMR for websphere, i am not sure if it
will reach you, i would appreciate if you can try to see if this PMR is
reached to proper person for investigation

the recipient of them :-). Who exactly to call will depend on what
geography you are in. You might first check with the machine owner as
they quite possibly have some sort of service agreement already.
