Basic CGIDEV2 problem -- WEB400

I did the iSeriesNews August 2006 exercise a while back, but now I want to go further and I can't remember how to call my program from the browser.

I no longer understand this part of my configuration file :

Could someone explain this for me? If my program is called VM2 in the library D113712, what do I type in the browser to call it?
