The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Thanks to those who sent replies, and my best wishes for the new year.
My problem has been solved by IBM support (double dose of best wishes to
them !).
In fact, there was a problem with PASE, and the J9 JVM could not be
created.
That's why the QLWISVR jobs were crashing.
My best guess at "why" it happened is that we did something wrong while
restoring our IFS files,
and that the PASE modules were a mix between V6R1 and V5R4 from our
previous machine (a rookie mistake coming from a dinosaur like me : what a
shame).
We finally uninstalled and reinstalled product 5761SS1 opt 33 (PASE),
and applied all PTFs and now it's working.
