The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

We have successfully deployed service programs as a web service using
the Integrated Web Services feature of V5R4 and V6R1. The documentation
is sparse but this is the main site as far as I know.

It works very well within its limitations.
I've been working on it for 3 months and probably can answer any
questions you have. Pass on the help I got from midrange news groups.

Management just walked over and has a new project they want to
investigate. They want to use RPG and the i5 as a web service. Anyone
have any recommendations on redbooks to start looking at? I have not
done this on the i5 yet.
