Thanks a lot for the suggestion. The server was working when accessed from outside. I'd like to try the PC hosts idea--where is the PC hosts file located? It's not on the Actiontec router--is it actually at the ISP site (Qwest)?

That's a good suggestion. I suspect that you won't have any problem
reaching your application from outside the network. I think Actiontec
simply refuses to route from a PC inside the network. You can work
around that with an entry in your PC hosts file. At least, that's what
my ISP says.
