The thing that confuses me is that if you are doing web programming on
the "i" in RPG then since there is no native support for CGI, you are
already using C APIs from your RPG code.
Given that, what is the difference between calling those C APIs and
calling a Java API? PHP requires that you install an extra "thing"
but Java is already there. So what's the problem with that. It will
still look like RPG in your program!
