agreed, but unless you trying to run multiple hosts, why would you wanna do

Ports are per server, so if they are on the same server they cant
use the same ports

Networking is not my Forte, but my understanding is that an HTTP server
configuration is per IP address and port. So if two IP addresses were
configured, each could reference port 443. I think.
