I think you need to make some changes to that. The HTTP server is running in UTF-8 now. Take a look at http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/i/software/http/index.html.

Are you using CGIConvMode in your configuration? If so, you may need to change settings or remove it.

We just installed the most recent cumulative patches from IBM and started having problems with RPG GGI applications that retrieved the REQUEST_URI environment variable. After the patches the value returned is garbage. Before it was plain text. It almost appears as of the variable is still encrypted. We do use https for all web applications. Has anyone else seen this problem?

p.s. we are using RPG XTOOLS API to do our CGI work.
