I agree on the readability which was a pleasant surprise. I am just a bit worried that the pages are enormeous as the javascript is included in the page, instead of being referenced.

But, nobody uses modem anymore - right? :)

Also remember, the rich UI portion is still a tech preview - I expect there will be a lot of work done on reducing that size. Much of the framework code, for example, could be in a separate JS file, downloaded only once.
