Yes, it appeared to me that they were stumped, and didn't know how to fix it. And that may be worse than not being willing to.MAY be???? If you're using a piece of software for something as mission critical as Internet access and the developers don't know how to fix it, then you've got a serious issue (a point which was actually brought up in the thread). I don't know, maybe it's refreshing to you, but I find this disturbing. But then again, I'm very old school. The idea that a developer of a program doesn't know enough about it to fix it is just mind boggling to me.
