I sent the original message yesterday but for some reason it did not get posted until today.Uh oh... here's a thought. Do BOTH of your apps have a page named "Master"? If they do, then the JSF handler for both parts will be jsfhandlers.Master. The naming of the generated Java classes depends on the name of the pages, and I can see you getting into a collision condition.
I have performed the following:
-Removed both applications and ended the server.
-Started server and installed both applications
-Ended and re-started server
-Tested both apps. The "Hello World" works but the other app returns the same message as before.
