Hey Bradly;

Try to use passive mode so it only is the client that controls the flow.. it
works for me ...

Check the W2k FTP server logs if you have access to them. There may be a
clue there.

Subject: [WEB400] FTP problem from iSeries to 64Bit W2k Server

Hello All

I have a simple FTP client running on the iSeries which can connect to any
Windows 2003 R2 32 Bit Server and transfer a file.

When I use the same client to connect to a W2K 64 Bit Server the
FTP client
can login but when it tries to transfer the file the connection
always times
out?

Has anyone encountered the same problem or know the cause of this?

The iSeries is on V5R3M0 and the W2K server is running Windows
2003 X64 with
SP1

Kind Regards

Maurice O'Prey
