Hi Nick,

You are right EGL at the moment doesn't support the Datalink datatype, we
have it marked as a requirement and I saw it on a chart the other day as to
be in consideration for the not all too far future.

Until then you have a couple of options that other people already suggested
in this thread that will work in EGL.

One more option that you to look into, you have the capability in DB2 to
store blobs and EGL supports this datatype and you can use it to get images
onto your web pages.
