Earlier comments explained why this was in a library all by itself.
Apparently if they can get to that in QHTTPSVR then, with the right URL,
they should be able to get to other stuff in QHTTPSVR. But, I'm a newbie
to this web stuff so don't assume I know.
There must be a good reason why IBM did place this bad boy in a library
all by itself. I'm sure that it actually had to pass some committee. And,
since they now have to upgrade it with every new release, it does carry
over maintenance costs. Therefore, I'd change your directives.
