I saw that but I have no clue why it's looking for such a library. The
Perl install is a tarball that gets exploded in QOpenSys. The Perl
scripts run great from QShell and PASE and they also run great from the
browser if set up with the intermediary Perl script.

It only fails when I try to use a Perl script as a direct target of a
ScriptAlias.
