None of the servers I've set up do that. Do you have a LogLevel setting

Does anyone know how to stop a CGI job from loggin the QzhbCgiParse
message to the logs?

Is there a way to tell the HTTP server to start a new log when one is
filled? We can't find anything that can do that.
