I am trying my first CGIDEV2 program! I've got the HTML done, but when the RPG program issues the command gethtmlIFS I am getting errors in CGIDEBUG, Here is the command:

gethtmlIFS('/CancelR.html':'<!-- $':'$ -->':
'<!-- %':'% -->');

When I look at the error log, I see that it is having trouble reading the HTML file. Here are the error messages I am getting:

GetHtmlIfsMult: Could not access IFS file /CancelR.html. File is being ignored. Errno and text are: 3,025 No such path or directory.

GetHtmlIfsMult: None of the requested files was usable. No files were read and no externally described HTML is available for output

Then I get a series of errors for each "tag" line I have in the RPG (start,tableline, end, etc)
.
I have checked the IFS directories and all of them have read and execute permissions for users QTMHHTP1 and QTMHHTTP.
Can someone tell me where to look to resolve this issue.
