There may be some crap out there still. Look in the /tmp directory to
see if there's anything related to the instance there. FWIW, I've never
had much luck using the Web Admin UI for doing anything beyond creating
an instance in the first place. It keeps additional info outside of the
normal configuration files and that seems to get out of sync quite
easily.

Stopped an old WAS instance. Deleted it.
Apparently there must be something hanging around because the status is
now "Deleted" irregardless of how many times I refresh it. Shouldn't it

just go away?
