Mind you it's been a couple years since I dealt with Net.Data, but can't
you print out the Sqlcode when it errors to make sure you are getting a
100 error. Possibly you are throwing a error different code?

Which is what we "used" to get if the SQL retrieved no data, now I just
get
that SQL Error even though when I look at the data on the 400 (using
query)
I should get returned data.
