Thank you, that was a big help.  I used the 2001 GUI to stop and delete 
the infocenter instance  (it was rather out of date and I just as soon as 
use the online version).

Now, I also notice this in the "default" instance.

Being a V5R4 shop this seems a bit dated to me also.
