You can execute the STRPCCMD from within your program to call your page by 
either calling you browser with it qualified by your pages URL, or (if your 
page's extension is registered correctly with your PC's OS) directly call the 
URL itself.  As to whether or not it will be allowed to update your database, 
you will have to experiment as I have not done that part.
