Create WebSphere Application Server - Express, V5.0 - Error

I have a new 520 with the latest CUME and Group PTF's on it. I am attempting to use the Wizard in HTTP Server Admin application to create a WAS - Express, V5.0 instance. After stepping through the wizard and taking the defaults I get an error: "Server "WAS50Exp/WAS50Exp" failed to create. This server must be deleted before its name can be reused".
I am not that familiar with WAS - Express. Where do I go to view the logs to see what is causing the error.
