DTW_SYSTEM and RTVOBJD

Hi list!

Can I retrieve (using Net.Data) the last date and time a file on the 
iSeries was changed?   Can I do it with DTW_SYSTEM?

I am trying to do this:

%FUNCTION(DTW_SYSTEM) Get_FILEINFO () {

        %EXEC { /QSYS.LIB/RTVOBJD.CMD OBJ('$(library)'/CUSTACT) 
OBJTYPE(*FILE) CHGDATE('$(LAST_MODIFIED)') %}

%}

But is not working for me...  :o(
