A bit hard to read, but first thing I would change is the pageing option 
from *FIXED to *CALC.

Position the sursor on that column and press F-1 for more info.

Make sure the system value QPFRADJ is set to 2.

On a system of your size, 3700 CPW, I would expect it to have more memory 
than 6gb.  If you can swing it, I would add more.
the max for your 4way 820 is 32gb.

I think you need to explore some basic system tuning.
