quick webfacing question...

I'm trying to add a javascript calendar to one of my webfaced 
applications...the showCalendar function of the calendar requires a form 
name, field name, and image ID...

I've got  the image ID...however I just need to know what webfaced 
applications calls the form name...is it just the name of your DDS DSPF 
record format name?  or is it more complex than that...

I also think I've got the field name... 'l<%=zOrder%>_SCRN1$DSDATE'
