Mohammed, I don't know of a manual although I am pretty sure it's documented in the help or one of the tutorials. I haven't had a chance yet to really work with it. At a high level, you right click on the object to use and follow the prompts. It is possible to simply click on the finish button at the first prompt (IIRC) and everything is done for you.
