Trouble starting SSHD from QSTRUP

We're just starting to use the SSH utilities that are part of 5733SC1
and I'm having a problem with it starting from QSTRUP. What happens is
that it attempts to start but it ends with the error "Not enough entropy
in RNG". I can manually start it up without any problems. Anyone run
into this before and know the solution? In case it matters, here's how
I'm starting it:

SBMJOB     CMD(CALL PGM(QP2SHELL) +            
             PARM('/QOpenSys/usr/sbin/sshd')) +
             JOB(SSH_SERVER) JOBQ(QSYSNOMAX) + 
             USER(A_USER)
