400 error on Origonal HTTP Server -- WEB400

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

We are occasionally getting a 400 error on the server. Since I am dealing
with CGI programs would enabling "Enable multi-threaded CGI mode" help? Or
any other ideas?
